During Watching and Dreaming's ending sequence, we see this Coven Scout with a green uniform, so I thought: "Hey, what if it's a Coven Scout for the Plant Coven?"

AAnd then I thought: "Hey, what if every Coven had its own Coven Scout uniforms?"
