I am pleased to announce that we have officially reopened our wiki entitlement applications. Along with this, we have made changes to the guide page for the apps, so we recommend taking a look at it.

Those who submitted applications while they were not yet open should resubmit them for proper review, but votes made on the existing applications will be taken into account.
