The reason why she should've been given dialogue to say in that episode is because her voice actress Kimberly Brooks did the voice of that female Coven Captain in that episode.

More Skara would have been nice.

Skara's palisman also should've been introduced in "Hunting Palismen" instead of being introduced in "Any Sport in a Storm".
