About Amity's lack of genuine friends and relationship with Boscha

Amity never had any social life after what happened with Willow, she couldn't stand Boscha and her gang and didn't have any actual friends; she only hung out with them superficially (it means fakely) under Odalia's influence. Once Luz befriended her, Amity's life got a million times better and she was actually happy for the first time in literal years.

Same as the one with Luz, Amity didn't wanted Boscha and her gang to find out about her true friendship with Willow, so she tried to burn the photo memory of their childhood friendship.

Boscha was not fully aware of Amity's blackmailing by Odalia until presumably during the timeskip in the finale, in which they probably became friends for actual this time.

I agree that Boscha and Amity (and probably Luz, Willow and others) became real friends after the Timeskip.

"Proof" of this - Boscha was invited and smiles kindly at Luz's party.

This is why I love Lumity so much: it’s symbolism.

Their relationship is proof of why Luz is such an important influence to the Isles. Amity’s life was so miserable until Luz showed up and helped bring out the real Amity. She was arguably Amity’s first real friend since severing ties with Willow. She made Amity experience the first genuine instances of fun in years and Amity I feel deeply admired, appreciated, and was somewhat envious of the none stop selflessness, kindness, and optimism that Luz possessed. Luz was what Amity wanted to be and could have been if not for Odalia. That is why she fell in love with Luz and Luz helped her be the person she always wanted to be and enjoy life.

Her tremendous effect on Amity’s life just shows how much Luz helped the Boiling Isles and its people recover from the centuries of corruption and degradation Belos inflicted upon them
