Just a little amped up, more complex, minor swears (mostly from Eda), a tiny bit of backlash for coming out, bloodier scenes, a bit more graphic, characters more aged up, slightly dirty jokes, more real world-ish, etc.

I feel like it would be similar to Fiona and cake, where they allowed dirty jokes, alcohol usage, mild language, and blood
