I feel like Belos outlawed a few of them that existed during the savage ages but after his defeat they were all eventually revived and legalized once Belos was finally defeated and the dismantling of the Coven System. Plus there was one cut episode that talked about this topic and Eda said that many Boiling isles traditions had “optional clothing” which I don’t wanna get into but it makes the isles sound more weird and different then the human realm.
