i was playing spray paint on roblox and one person said i have no art skill and my drawing is cringe bc i didn't draw the face

like first of all, does it matter if there's a face or not?? second, i CAN draw faces but i didn't draw a face for this bc i drew it with a computer mouse and faces are difficult for me to draw with a mouse-
