There are tons of podcasts that aren't alpha male dude bro stuff. I just listen to them to make mindless tasks like crochet more enjoyable. You could also try audiobooks, if you want to seem smarter (and then never know how to spell any characters' names)

I listen to this Homestar Runner podcast called come on, fhqwhpods. It's really good and funny, and while Andrew Tate is the worst, there's a whole world of podcasts that are often really wholesome and funny, and you shouldn't let one thing ruin podcasts for you. Essentially, yeah, it's true.

I used to listen to greeking out, it's a decent source of greek myths along with a few other myths. I mostly listened to it a while ago tho so I don't know if I'd still like it.

I mostly listen to Welcome To Night Vale, it's a fiction podcast told as a community radio show from Night Vale, a desert town where all these conspiracy theories and stuff are true. It's a hilarious blend of the surreal and the mundane, with lots of absurd and dark humor (nothing scarier than TOH gets) and lots of queer representation. It's really fun, highly recommend.

I also really like What If World, which is aimed more at young kids but it's really good and funny.

I never have a problem with Mondays - every day of my life is enjoyable but I like listening to true crime podcasts - I know what happened is horrible and not fun but it is interesting to listen to.
