So this one doesn't revolve around witches or queer people (it has them but doesn't revolve around it), but I'd figure I'd recommend a book I read anyway: The Deep by Alma Katsu, a supernatural horror/historical fiction novel that intertwines the sinking of R.M.S. Titanic with the sinking of her lesser-known sister ship H.M.H.S. Britannic on 21 November 1916. The narrative isn't entirely chronological; it'll go back and forth from Britannic in 1916 to Titanic in 1912. But like I said, there are queer characters onboard the Titanic and sea witches or something like that (I haven't read it in a while) are involved as well.

Also, as someone who studies Titanic and her sisters for FUN, I could probably tell you all the historical inaccuracies I found in the book. I'm REALLY fun at parties.

I have a copy of The Witch Boy & Mamo, never got around to reading any of Molly Knoxs other stuff though unfortunately

Beetle and the Hollowbones is a great book. I think of Aunt Marla as Odalia to Kat’s Amity.
