Camila is a good Mom in my opinion.

Camila never wanted to send Luz to a summer camp as she found out people were talking cruelly about Luz and she didn't like that. She actually loved how Luz is different but it's the people at school or the closed-minded people of society that never wanted to see different as good that made or forced Camila to send Luz to this summer camp when an educator gaslighted Camila, manipulated her and used her past to force her into doing that, even though Camila didn't want to do that. So I don't see her as a bad mom. I see the people who treated Luz like an outcast who are to blame.

Not a bad mom necessarily, just trying to have her child not bullied (Even though I barely saw any evidence in the show that she was being bullied)

There is no evidence of Luz being bullied in Gravesfield. Quite the contrary. Yesterday's Lie and Thanks to Them conclusively established that Luz had a decent life in Gravesfield.

Yesterday's Lie only showed that Vee had a good time in Gravesfield and there wasn't enough time spent in the School to determine anything in Thanks to Them (tho to be fair people probably only treated her well cause of Vee, but that's just a theory)
