Well, it's actually more or less a composite of two pictures of Kikimora, those being the current wiki image and the previously used image (a previous shot of Kikimora, which fails to capture her legs). To my knowledge, these are the only proper standing shots of this design outside of her mech.
The current image shows her holding up a face mask from her neck (not part of her design, was used to not breathe in sleeping nettles), and so I opted to revert to the previous image's arms. Oddly enough, this image shows her having four(?) fingers on each hand, while her current image shows three (canon). I chalked this up as an animation error, though she was somehow wearing four-fingered gloves under her "Miki" guise? Regardless, I fixed this by referencing the current wiki image.
Her mouth is a mix of both image depictions, using her upper "on-model" lip from the previous image (which is similarly present in shots of her in the mech) whilst having the eccentric zigzag teeth of her current one. I wanted to show a grin that properly conveyed her distinguishing features, as her mouth (containing sharp yellowish teeth + tusk) was obscured for the majority of the show. IMO, they're notable enough to try to show off here.
That's about it for the notable choices made in the creation of this image, apart from some basic tweaks and nitpicks to help her stance appear symmetrical.
It's fairly close due to it being the primary reference for the lower body, but they're definitely not identical.
