Adegast

Isn't it weird that Adegast the Puppeteer was originally the only character who was killed off and that no other characters were killed off until the series revealed three off-screen character deaths and another three characters who were important to the series were killed off on-screen? Those six had a huge impact on the series. You know, Manny Noceda, Caleb Wittebane, Evelyn, Flapjack, the Titan and Emperor Belos.

Should we have gotten to see Warden Wrath, Adegast and Tibbles' child selves in Eda's flashback in "Them's the Breaks, Kid"?

Do you think the Owl Beast also ate Adegast the Puppeteer?

For those of you who watch Star Wars: The Clone Wars, do you think Adegast the Puppeteer shares similarities with Castas from Star Wars: The Clone Wars?

Meet Adegast. Well, you can't exactly meet him. He's dead. He constitutes a minor character because while he was the main antagonist in one episode, it was only for that one episode. He got eaten. RIP bozo. He has puppeteering skills or something, I don't entirely remember. All I remember is that Eda ate him alive in a beautifully horrific scene.

Come to think of it, this wouldn't be the last time an antagonist was associated with puppets. Hmm...

In terms of the voice acting department, Adegast, in his true form, is voiced by Robin Atkin Downes. Downes also provided the voice for the Medic in Team Fortress 2.

(Did I mention that both FtF and HM just so happen to be eps where not only the Collector plays a major part, but also acts more noticeably like a kid 🤔 hmm very sus)

The Collector seems to parallel Adegast as well

They're both puppeteers

Their humanoid selves wear purple celestial-themed robes and pointy/crooked hats

Pretending to be someone that they actually aren't...? 🤔

Even Bill and Chris (one of Adegast's puppets) have some similarities, like their eyes and tails

So in a way Bill could also be the Collector's "puppet" just in a more metaphorical sense (like being manipulated by them)

Back in Witches Before Wizards, Adegast tricked Luz, and Eda and King had to save her after finding out the truth about him

Maybe this time Eda and King got tricked by the Collector, and Luz will have to save them after learning the truth, possibly from that glowing Titan guy (kinda like how the palismen creature warned her and Hunter about Kid Belos in HM)

(It's possible Lilith will also figure out ahead of Eda and King that the Collector is tricking them, since she's been tricked by Belos before and we don't see her reaction to King's plan of talking to the Collector)

Luz looking above and seeing something glowing yellowish/orangish

Sounds familiar?

Yeah I'm guessing the "Titan" is actually a Collector in a Titan costume, possibly even an actual child Collector (which would explain their shorter proportions compared to King's dad/Boiling Isles and the adult Collectors) who got tricked into dressing up as a Titan and got caught in the crossfire

Tl;dr Collector sus

This scene was so funny dark and I was really surprised that she really ate him after all it's rare that a "good character" eats the bad ones. She is now the second Disney character to do so after Globgor who ate the first bad husband of his wife.
