Let's get started with the final episodes of Season 2, shall we?
First up: Season 2 Episode 19: "O Titan, Where Art Thou?". The name of this episode is actually a reference to the 2000 film O Brother, Where Art Thou?, a reimagining of Homer's Odyssey that takes place in the Great Depression-era American South.

According to Hooty, everyone missed himself, Eda, King, Luz, and Lilith so much that they made "cute posters" of them.
The coven scout on the right is remembering the time he was a guest at Hooty's psychologically tormenting "tea party" (from "Agony of a Witch"). Meanwhile, the one on the right is drinking on the job.
If I ever choose to sacrifice any of you for... whatever reason... I can promise you I'll get you a T-shirt like this one!
Lilith eagerly offers to carry out dark deeds in King's name.
This whole little subplot of Lilith groveling after finding out King is a Titan was pretty funny.
Luz reminds Eda that they don't have time for "20 more adventures". No need to explain that one.
Also, right after this, Luz says she wants to get Francois back so that King can have "his buddy". Honestly, that's just really sweet.

Oh... here we see Hooty eating fire bees... and we get a good look at... all the teeth lining his insides.
Also... you can very faintly see it at the back of his throat, but it looks like... ANOTHER HOOTY? INSIDE HOOTY?

Honestly, after looking for his father for so long, this is honestly really sweet. He finally gets to hug his dad.
Earlier, Eda had told Luz that she had a "secret" plan for the Day of Unity, not wanting to tell her the truth that she really had no plan. When Eda arranges for Raine to take Luz and King somewhere safe, Luz overhears and assumes Eda thinks she's weak. And then the two actually have a magic fight. A Luz vs. Eda battle, how did we come to this? (Of course, Eda reveals the truth after this.)
Steve face reveal. I can see how he'd be Mattholomule's brother.
Also... how'd he manage to wear that mask with that horn on his forehead?
Hooty is still under the impression that Steve kidnapped King. Ouch, getting Hooty-pummeled has got to hurt.
And of course, the big reveal that Darius and Raine were working together the whole time. Also, Raine meets Luz for the first time... think about that, these two major characters don't meet until this late in the series.

Eda gives Luz... a box of her longest toenails!
Except what's actually in there is Luz's palistrom wood, and the episode ends with Luz and Eda carving what will one day become Stringbean.
As evil as Belos is, it's honestly funny to imagine what his thoughts must have been on having to deal with this iPad kid for nearly 400 years. You can tell he's tired of this.
But according to Kikimora in the next episode, Belos was always secretly afraid of the Collector... and why wouldn't he be? In any case, he's definitely looking forward to ditching the Collector soon.
Look at that expression of pure, unfiltered misery... it's hilarious.
Odalia threatens to divorce Alador... turns out, it'll be him who has the last laugh when he's the one who files the divorce papers.
Darius proposes a plan to get Eda up to where the coven heads are in order to corrupt the spell: Eberwolf will release flesh-eating beetles into the crowd, which will cause a distraction while Eda goes through the crowd to where the coven heads are. According to him... only a few people would get eaten... and even then, it would only be the short ones.
Needless to say, they decide instead to just disguise Eda as Raine.
To think... this scene would be the last time this terrific trio of weirdos would be together for months. They won't be reunited with each other until the finale. Sad as it is, let me just say it again... it's really sweet how the three of them consider themselves family now. It's their familial relationship that is arguably the heart of the show.
Luz makes Raine promise to keep Eda safe... and it's a promise they keep.
You know what they say, Hunter: You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose!
Actually, he just doesn't want Luz to tell anyone that he's a grimwalker. Between that and the fact that Luz unwittingly helped Belos meet the Collector, they both agree it's best they both stay quiet.
Oh, here it is... the BIG DAMN KISS!
And there was much rejoicing!
Honestly, what I love best about this scene is Luz going: "Crikey!" afterwards. These two are such dorks, they're perfect for each other.
Eda disguised as Raine... yep, seeing an exact double of yourself tear off their own head is bound to haunt you for life.
Odalia manages to coerce Kikimora into using her new Abomitron.
"I AM NOW TALLER THAN EVERYONE!"
Yep, Kiki just might have the biggest Napoleon complex of the series, probably even more so than King in Season 1. (Except Napoleon wasn't actually short, he was average height for his time.)
According to Luz, the inside of Alador's lab looks "sad"... hey, don't disrespect Ratlador like that!
He's even got his own little pair of goggles... aww!
Alador, having spent much of his life married to... well, you know... regrets his life choices. He also claims he hasn't had a weekend off in 5 years. Now that's enough to make anyone regret their life choices!
Odalia takes genocide rather lightly... especially when it means her family can supposedly be royalty in the "new world".
Notice how "Luz" has Flapjack's teleportation powers...
And "Hunter" is blowing raspberries at Kikimora, which is very much a Luz thing. Nice subtle way of showing that "Luz" is really Hunter and "Hunter" is really Luz before it's properly revealed.
Alador tells Luz she is welcome at the Blight house anytime... and then is baffled to see that it's really Hunter. Had Luz not convinced Gus to pull an illusion trick, Hunter could have been taken back to Belos and killed on the spot.
Well... the big day has arrived... complete with a title card!
One part I really like is this scene where Eda briefly reminisces about her Hexside days.
It's honestly sad seeing just how much has drastically changed in all their lives.
Belos make a last-minute announcement that he's rearranged the positions of where the coven heads will stand. I definitely don't think he just did it for the heck of it... he knew he'd be foiling Raine's and Darius' plans. Kikimora said in the last episode that Belos knew of their plans against him, which is why Luz had Gus create an illusion that let her take Hunter's place.
"Go find a hole to wither away in."
Belos remarks at just how quickly Luz has learned glyph magic, saying it's as if the Titan himself was trying to keep it from him.
Once again... he has no idea how right he is.
Luz rightfully calls Belos out for his hypocrisy, saying that after everything he's done, he's barely human himself. And as if to prove her point, that green scar that he tried to conceal reappears on his face. He really has committed so much evil and unnaturally extended his life for so long that it's safe to say he's completely stripped of all humanity.
I love this look Raine gives Terra when she finally realizes how serious the Day of Unity is. I can imagine their thoughts being something along the line of:
"You freaking idiot, did you ever consider that there was a reason why we were trying to stop this? Nice going, dumbass, you've doomed us all."
After the airship he was traveling on crashed, King gets this crack in his skull, which remains for the rest of the series (I mean, it's not like that's something you could even fix). Luz, in her fight with Belos, also gains a scar on her left eyebrow that also remains for the rest of the series. Dang, this show had no problem with giving children lifelong battle scars.
When I first saw this episode, I thought Kikimora showing King the way to the Collector to spite Belos would be the start of a redemption arc or something... I should've known better, because with or without Belos, she's bent on domination either way.
Belos' face returning to normal while the rest of his body is still goo is honestly creepy, especially when he's trying to gain Hunter's sympathy in one last desperate attempt.

When I first saw this episode, I honestly didn't realize how serious Raine ripping off Eda's arm was. Because before, she would take off limbs and it would be treated as a gag, but this time, likely due to the sigil, she is now permanently an amputee.
Also, the last thing Raine said before this was that they promised a "special kid" that they'd protect Eda. And they kept their promise.

I love how all it takes for this godlike child to end a potential genocide is just casually sliding the moon with their finger. Very anticlimactic end to... again... what could have been genocide.
Oh, that's not good.
As sad as this part is, it really is sweet how King calls Luz his "big sister".
Girl lost in a frog land? Definitely a hoax.
And thus, Season 2 comes to an end. What happens next? Well, you already know. But that's another story.
He always comes back.

I keep thinking about how if it hadn't actually been Luz that Kikimora had taken, Belos very likely would have killed Hunter (likely by dropping him down where King found the Collector, along with the remains of previous Golden Guards).
Anyway, the series would be a lot different if Hunter was actually captured by Kikimora.
Luz really saved Hunter's life, along with (eventually) all of the Boiling Isles by disguising herself as him.
Try to explain what is going on in this photo out-of-context, like you don't know what is actually happening.

What would you do if the Disney executives banned the episode, replaced it with a first episode, and fired Dana Terrace after that?
This is unrealistic. Clouds on the Horizon revealed that Odalia and Alador don't actually love each other; their marriage is a business partnership that Odalia uses to get herself more money and popularity, which she'll end in a heartbeat if he stops being of use to her. Alador is as much of a tool to her as Amity, Emira, and Edric are. There is absolutely zero romance in their relationship.

We're watching 'clouds on the horizon'
As students and teachers started putting their stuff away, Amity Blight kicked open the door of a cupboard, being quickly followed by her (soon to be Ex) girlfriend, Luz Noceda, who was limping after her (as her foot had been stepped on). They were arguing.
"Amity, Wait!"
"No! I'm not waiting for you anymore!"
Amity broke open the doors to the school, and stomped down the stairs, completely ignoring Luz trying to persuade her. When they were halfway to the gates, Luz grabbed Amity's shoulder and turned her around. "Uhhh WHAT Now? Amity scornfully asked.
"Amity!" Luz stuttered, completely aghast at Amity. "W-w-why?"
Amity snapped back at Luz. "Oh you wanna know why? Cause I got million reasons for it! For starters, you got your butt kicked in five seconds, which is completely stupid since you killed a Titan! I thought you said you weren't Delicate!"
"I didn't say that...
"And you always put yourself in danger for others. If you didn't do it, King wouldn't have tried to save you by releasing the Collector, and making things even worse!"
As they argued, the people who had finished cleaning up the school were leaving, but stopped to see the argument. Luz was taken aback.
"Oh, So you want me to be a selfish monster who doesn't care about her friends?"
"Well to put it simply, I'm sick of being your one dimensional girlfriend and I want to be my own person!"
The crowd watching them was uncomfortable. "And your reason for it is even worse!” She then whined in a mocking tone. "Oh Boo Hoo, my daddy is dead!" There was a sharp intake of breath from the viewers. Luz had never talked about her father. At all. Luz was stunned. “H-how could y
ou?"
Luz, trying to stop it from happening, grabbed Amity's hand. "But Amity...I-I love you."
Amity ripped it, out of her grasp and said, "Well guess what Luz? Love CHANGES!"
"I was totally wrong about you. It's over. I've been trying to figure out what your deal is. A poser? A nerd? A bully... But now I know." She looked straight at Luz, who was horrified.
"You're a Bitch. Luz. You're a Bitch."
She turned and walked away, leaving a horrified silence in her wake.
Luz watched her, absolutely heartbroken at what happened, she looked at the crows, who decided to awkwardly go back to their cleaning, leaving her alone in the courtyard.
“Wh-what the F-”
At the Blight Manor, Amity knocked on the door and was greeted by her father. He opened his mouth to say something, but Amity pushed him aside and went to the basement. She walked in and closed the door, sitting down. A dark shadow loomed over her.
"I felt several emotions when I was alive. Confusion was probably not of them."
Amity looked up, a scowl on her ace a year tracks on her cheek.
"You're a monster."
City Hunter grinned again. "No. I'm an ug- wait you already know."
He shoved himself into her, making her choke and gag. "Amity" looked up with a sickening smile. She walked over to the end of the room and opened a large cage, where she found a bruised, naked gagged child with white hair, who opened his eyes, that widened in shock.
"Hello, Collector." She said, reaching to her skirt. "You wanna have some fun?"
The Collector swallowed.

Do you Alador doesn't deserve to marry Odalia,given how much of a evil matriach and despicable abomination who puts her business over others and only cares more about it than her family? I don't know why what Alador see's in her and why he likes her,despite her being such a arrogant and despicable woman. Do you think Alador doesn't deserve to be Odalia's husband and divorce her,by taking full custody of the kids and after Amity disowned her mother and didn't include her in her drawings of her family, after Luz saves the Boiling Isles and defeats Belos and The Collector in the final episode?

Why did the Owl House become more darker,emotional,serious,tearjerking, and depressing after Them’s the Break’s Kid and no longer a fun,adventurous,comedic,awesome,and whimsical series from that point on and goes on for the rest of Season 2 and in Season 3. We now have scenes of characters crying a lot,darker,intense moments,and dramatic,sad moments(even more than Amphibia.) Why did the Owl House become more darker,emotional,tearjerking,serious,drama-oriented,and sadder after Them’s the Break’s Kid?
