Personally, Belos is my second favourite character of the show after Eda. He`s one of those villians who would do anything to achieve their vicious and evil goals, the type of villain I absolutely love. He was so determined to his goals, that he didn`t gave up even after failure of Day of Unity, he is so determined that I love it. Plus, he is one of those Disney`s villians who is truly dangerous and he can do almost anything without any hesitation. And bro basically doing aura farming simply by his presence, just like Darth Vader from Star Wars.

Did you notice that Eda Clawthorne's screentime diminished as the series progressed? She kept getting sidelined as the series progressed. She played less major roles and more supporting roles as the series progressed. It really doesn't help that Wendie Malick became less involved in Owl House interviews. It also really doesn't help that Eda contributed little to the overall story plot. Lilith Clawthorne was the one who unintentionally increased Emperor Belos' hatred for witches and demons and Raine Whispers, Darius Deamonne and Eberwolf the Huntsman actually came up with a plan to stop the Day of Unity. Ironically, these four are secondary characters. Lilith contributed a lot more to the overall story plot than Eda.

We're supposed to be rooting for Eda and King in "Reaching Out" because she wants to get information out of Warden Wrath regarding the Day of Unity and Raine Whispers' uncharacteristic behavior, but her actions in that episode made it difficult to root for her. She was harassing Warden Wrath, even though he didn't do anything wrong in that episode. He was just minding his own business. He wasn't causing any trouble for anybody. He only started causing trouble after he was mutated into a giant monster. Two out of three of Eda and King's reasons for why Warden Wrath had to help her are ridiculously petty. I mean, chopping off her head and stealing King's crown? Seriously? She had no problem taking off her own head just to see if it would work while she was disguised as Raine, but she still holds a grudge against Warden Wrath for something that happened at the beginning of the series and King could just steal another Burger Queen paper crown from the Human Realm instead of whining about the one that was stolen from him. When Warden Wrath refused to tell her anything, she went so far as to make a Blabber Serum and force-feed it to him just to force him into telling her what he knows, which was crossing the line.
I swore up and down that I was no longer obsessed with the owl house but the show and its characters still live rent free in my head.
I was in the shower and listening to music when Hell's Commin' with Me by Poor Man's Poison comes on. I listen to it already because 1, its a great song imo, and 2, already fits with a book I love, Those were the only two reasons, until I got thinking.
To me, the song almost reminds me of the way Belos probably thought of himself. How he was the "savior" of the condemned Boiling Isles. He was originally scorned and chased away until he came back better and stronger, murdering those who opposed him, those who he saw as "unfit" and "wrong" while "saving" those who bowed to him and accepted him as the "righteous hand of God" or in the BI's case, The Titan.
Belos thinks himself a God and a righteous man. Someone who is doing good and fighting against the evil witches that corrupted his brother. Twisting them to his whim like he saw Caleb being twisted to Evelyn's.
I'm already writing something atm, but damn, this idea makes me want to start writing fics again.
Since Eda Clawthorne refused to go on a date with Warden Wrath due to the facts that he's a creepy stalker, he cut her head off and threatened Luz Noceda, do you think she should've simply accepted the fact that Warden Wrath didn't want to tell her what's going on at Emperor Belos' castle, the truth about the Day of Unity and Raine Whispers' uncharacteristic behavior and moved on instead of trying to get answers out of him by other means?
So it didn't take me long after watching the season 2 finale to realize that Belos' plan to use the draining spell to kill everyone on the Boiling Isles and "protect" humanity was utterly a waste.
Now we all know the plan. But here's the thing: The draining spell only affects those with sigils. We know for a fact that the students at Hexside for the most part didn't have one with a few exceptions. We also don't know how many other schools or places on the isles outright resisted the efforts for the Day of Unity. There were likely thousands or more that didn't have a sigil by that point which means a ton of citizens would have survived. It would have been a long and disorganized process but the isles would have rebounded. And afterwards, heaven forbid someone figure out how to make another portal and want revenge.
And that doesn't even bring into consideration the many other civilizations like the Titan Trappers who did not have sigils or know anything about that. There are likely many other kingdoms, countries or groups just living life that would be unaffected by this plan. Belos seemed like he was just giving a final middle finger to the Isles, causing heavy, but not unrecoverable damage before he left.
What if there was a guy who got like 80 sigils for a coven and on the day of unity he died immediately
