1. Remember when Eda told Luz "If you want my advice, walk into class and punch the first kid you see. To establish dominance" in The First Day?

Well Eda did punch the first kid she saw on her first day at school. She punched Alador

(He put his goggles on just in case she punches him again-)

Lilith punched the first kid she saw too (bc Eda encouraged her to). She punched Adrian

Alador was just confused but Adrian got really pissed and flipped out at Lilith as she awkwardly walked away (meanwhile Eda walked away with a smug face and a successfully established dominance[?])

Both boys had a black eye throughout the whole rest of the day

Alador eventually got over it but Adrian? He still has a grudge against Lilith for it to this day

2. Adrian was the kid that stole Lilith's lunch money (as revenge for punching him on the first day) and formed an "unlikely alliance" with the Clawthorne sisters after Eda's abominations went rogue

̶T̶h̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶l̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶u̶a̶l̶ ̶t̶e̶a̶m̶ ̶u̶p̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶E̶d̶a̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶L̶i̶l̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶s̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶A̶d̶r̶i̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶f̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶g̶i̶a̶n̶t̶ ̶a̶b̶o̶m̶i̶n̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶s̶n̶a̶t̶c̶h̶e̶d̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶

(Let's just say, even after teaming up that one time, Lilith and Adrian remained archenemies... even after they both grew up and became coven heads lol. They constantly bickered every time they had to interact)

And the abominations didn't actually gain sentience, that was just Darius and Alador using Eda's food fight as an opportunity to pull a huge prank on everyone by taking control of the abominations (and Odalia was in on it too)

3. Adrian was Hexside's most gifted student that Faust expelled for "chewing too loudly in the cafeteria"

(And he was chewing loudly on purpose just to annoy Lilith and Eda too)

Did Adrian intentionally volunteer to go to Hexside bc he has a beef with the school after everything he went through as a student there? Maybe... though he'd never admit it

He was certainly disappointed that Faust wasn't the principal anymore though (missed chance of revenge)

We see that Bump doesn't like the way Principal Faust dictates the school. Mainly him expelling students for the most minor of things. It's a good pay off to S2 E2 "Escaping Expulsion"

In which we get a small bit where Principal Bump Expels Willow, Gus, and Luz because of Odalia and keeps them away from Hexside, but after they leave after every attempt, he bursts into tears and is very sad about it. I bet it reminded him of his predecessor expelling students for minor inconveniences. I bet he never wanted to be his predecessor, but ultimately feels he's become him when Odalia forces him to expel Willow, Gus and Luz.
