Disney removed the Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur episode, The Gatekeeper, from its line-up. The episode focused on the transgender character, Brooklyn, facing discrimination in a volleyball game. People are not happy and Disney is in damage control mode over public reaction.

No. She specifically stated that she's done with The Owl House and Disney. She wants to move on to new projects and has no interest in working in the "kids space".
The show was cancelled after two seasons but Disney gave Dana the opportunity to give the show a proper wrap up with three final episodes. Unfortunately Dana did not make good use of those final episodes. I don't see how she would have made better use of ten episodes given how badly she wasted the three episodes she was given.
At the rate things are going this wiki will soon become just that.
It's going to be interesting how Disney handles Pride Month from now on with this hanging over its corporate head.
Given how many other anime references are running through modern animation it wouldn't surprise me.

Amity Blight.
She was easily the most interesting character second only to Eda until Grom when she started crushing on Luz. At that point she ceased having any role in the show beyond the protagonist's love interest. Considering that Amity was modeled on Diana Cavendish of Little Witch Academia this was a complete waste of a character that started with so much story potential.
This wiki hasn't really been about The Owl House for quite some time now. By The Owl House I'm referring to the show Dana Terrace wrote and Disney aired. Most of the threads are Owl House in name only. MoringMark's comics are the closest this wiki gets to being on topic any more.
This is nowhere near enough to be conclusive though it is a fun possibility. Given how quickly The Owl House is being abandoned though there's not much point in confirming that link.
What if during one of Eda's trash expeditions to the Human Realm she acquires a LeMarchand Box. She then gives it to Luz because Luz thinks it's pretty and Eda has no use for it. As Luz plays with it she discovers that certain parts move. What would happen if Luz solved the box while in the Demon Realm?
A big problem with Christmas season coming earlier is the very limited American Christmas Music playlist. If you're starting Christmas just after Halloween by mid November you've probably heard Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow a thousand times and are thoroughly sick of it. This goes for every other standard Christmas song that gets run into the ground this time of year. It's a shame, too, because there's some really beautiful Christmas music from the rest of the world that we don't get to hear over here. Not to mention Hanukkah music that gets overlooked.
If you think that's bad look up the true history of Christmas.

Thanksgiving doesn't generate the kind of spending that Christmas does. There are no Thanksgiving presents. You buy some extra, fancier foods and that's it. Maybe you take the family out to a restaurant if you don't feel like doing all of that cooking. Unless you're stinking rich and throwing a catered banquet for you and a few hundred of your closest friends the average family doesn't drop as much money on Thanksgiving as they do on Christmas. That's why the Christmas season has been pushed back to just after Halloween.
Right. The core aspect of Little Witch Academia, that being the relationship between Akko and Diana and their resulting character arcs, is virtually identical to the relationship between Luz and Amity and their resulting character arcs with the exception that Akko and Diana became friends while Luz and Amity were crushing on each other. Are you going to suggest that because they were chasing different McGuffins the two shows were nothing alike?
In the overarching plot, no. In how the quest brings Akko and Diana together and bonds them as friends, very much so.
I never claimed The Owl House is a rip-off of Little Witch Academia but there are too many similarities not to conclude that the show was a major inspiration for Dana Terrace. While the overall worlds are different there are just too many similarities between Luz, Amity and their relationship for them to have not been influenced by Akko and Diana.
It's not just the trope of school rivals. Luz and Amity parallel Akko and Diana too closely to be coincidence. We know Dana saw Little Witch Academia because there was a Luna Nova Academy uniform in the costume shop.
