I admit the similarity between their characters, but there's also the fact that Luz and Amity relationship was romantic subplot which is used in any type of story. While Akko and Diana relationships sounds like one of the main plot points.

But like I said the point of this post is to call out stupidity of calling TOH a rip-off, which we can agree is inaccurate, there are similarities, true, but let's be honest in today's world we can always find similarities between different stories.

Still doesn't make it a rip-off, there are always gonna be similarities between characters from different franchises. Tell me, besides their similarities are the plots of the 2 are alike in any way?
