Physically and mentally, he seems to resemble a child that's about 7-9 years old. Now, his actual age... the archivists have apparently existed for a really long time, maybe since the beginning of the Demon Realm's existence. The Collector themselves already existed when Titans were still common and hadn't been wiped out, so... yeah, really old.

Is it only on gender/sexuality matters? Because outside of that, she seems pretty neurodivergent to me.

I was gonna say Luz, but I do understand the Gus answers. I don't know, I guess they're just different relationships. Like it's been said, he and Gus have a common interest and shared a room in the Human Realm, besides helping each other out when everyone was still suspicious of Hunter and protecting each other. So yeah, they did create a brotherly bond. But he and Luz also went through a lot together, kept each others' biggest secrets and supported each other when they both thought they were alone (and sticked together when they were indeed alone, like in Belos' mind). Also, she knew him for longer than the others, and they developed a fondness-hate sort of relationship that eventually became a very tight, family-like bond. Again, they're just different types of closeness.
