Maybe an Owl House character toruney?
Maybe for April 1st
So you're saying there's a chance-
I'm planning on pinning all the episodes where majority of wiki users voted S tier in my episode polls against each other to see which one comes out on top
Make this the new Hooty wiki image
Kikimora had her chance at redemption in 2x11 and she ended up denying that chance
The Collector is different because as stated by the titan, the Collector being trapped was a mistake on his part, also the Collector is a kid, obviously he still has growing up to do. I'm not defending what he did in King's Tide and FtF but Luz steered him in the right direction and the Collector acknowledged he still has growing up to do. Luz tried to help Kikimora get back to her family yet the second she recieved a higher status of power she changed her mind she went completely power hungry and showed her true colors.
Classic tragic backstory defenses
Tragic backstories don't justify bad actions.
Want a mainstream example of an antagonist getting rewarded for bad behavior and why rewarding a villain because "tragic backstory" is bad writing? Toy Story 4. Gabby Gabby kidnaps Forky, tries to rip out Woody's voice box by force, yet despite this the movie rewards her by having her emotionally manipulate Woody because "sHe jUsT wAnTeD tO bE pLaYed wiTh uWu" You know who else wanted to be loved by a kid? Lotso and Stinky pete yet I don't see anyone defending their actions. Sad backstory isn't enough to justify an antagonist's actions
Kikimora would have committed attempted murder regardless of Luz threatening her. Do you have any good defense for Kikimora that's not "sHe CuTe" and "Luz threatened her that one time in order to save the lives of those she cares about"
You do realize Kikimora tried to kill her on several occasions right?
You can't just excuse Kikimora's crimes because she's smol and cute (even then I only find her to be one of those things)
Uhhh
Citing "It has Kikimora abuse Luz being a jerk etc!" as a reason For the Future is bad implies you don't like the way she's portrayed in this episode
Kikimora
No, the way she acts. It's pretty in character for her. You just don't like it because it doesn't portray her in a positive light or vulnerable position at all
Pretty in line with how Kikimora acts during the rest of the show
