In my opinion, the only people who would know the Collector's "real name" would be the Titans and the Archivists, considering the fact the Collector is related to the Archivists, being their siblings. The Titan would probably understand it as well since the Collectors and Titans know each other. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

[The setting is early Bonesborough, where Philip is writing in his journal]
Philip: Yes..! This will be great! This plan has taken me months! Now I can finally put it into motion.
[Phllip bumps into a Male Witch]
Male Witch: Hey! Watch where you’re going, you dumb human!
Phillip: For your information, humans are much smarter than your kind.
[Phillip starts to walk off when the Male Witch grabs him.]
Male Witch: Why don’t I remind you how witches are superior!
[Male Witch starts to charge up a fireball with magic]
???: Hey you! Stop that!
[Phillip and the Male Witch turn to a Female Witch, aiming an attack at the Male Witch]
Male Witch: Aren’t you...
[The unknown female witch shoots him a look]
Male Witch: You’re.. You’re.. Marilyn Clawthorne?!? You’re wanted by the authorities!
Marilyn: (smug) Yeah, so? The police are weaker than a group of newborns.
[Male Witch starts to run off, Marylyn lets him, but shoots the fireball when he’s almost off in the distance]
Phillip: Thank you. How may I repay you?
Marilyn: Maybe by telling me who the heck you are?
