@Waterfall Raventide I'm not hostile. I said to the guy that I understand and respected his religion.
@Daisy Aipom Like I said, the owl house has disturbing and frighting scenes in it that will scare younger kids. So, again its still a good cartoon I just wouldn't prefer it for younger kids. Plus, my friend's parents doesn't allow his younger siblings to watch it just because of the witchcraft. They used to be allowed to watch it, I think it was until that episode where gus tries to find that galdorstone at the ruins. Remember that one scene when gus used that horror movie like illusion that scared the other kids away with him?, it think that's was the part that triggered it as they walked on not on a good part. There's already been issues with pokemon with parents many times.
My friend, David told me that his parents were curious of the show, so they said they would look at it themselves. However before that happened, he said that oen of his mom's friends, who was a co worker at her job in building, told her about the nature of the cartoon and said that it takes place in a "demon realm" full of witches, demonic creatures, etc. David said that the one key word that also triggered it was that when the co worker mentioned that one of the main characters "Eda" was a witch who did witchcraft.
@Daisy Aipom Younger kids shouldn't be exposed to demons and sorcery. Its demonic.
@Daisy Aipom Ok, thanks for letting me know. I disagreed when they said about the lumity thing. Ok look, I didn't mean to make fun of their religion. It just surprised me that they said they were a witch doing spells. I don't agree with it, but I understand and respect their religion.
Also, no I don't upvote my comments. I'm not that type of guy.
@.artistic silly goose No, I didn't "scream" when luz and amity kissed. I support LGBTQ+, especially when I'm actually bisexual myself btw. Thank you very much.
@Daisy Aipom How am I being rude?, I'm just explaining that I don't recommend the owl house for younger kids due to the demons and sorcery stuff. I still like the owl house, I've watched the entire cartoon.
No, I'm not a parent. Plus, The Owl House already got criticized by its demonic imagery and witchcraft by many parents that came out.
My friend's parents won't let my friend and his younger siblings watch the show because due of the characters casting spells in the cartoon. My friend already told me, they already looked at it.
I won't yell at you. Go ahead and say it.
It is demonic. Its witchcraft. And kids don't need to be exposed to this stuff. Like I said, this is them just tampering with your minds thinking this stuff is cool.
Demons and Sorcery aren't good for younger kids to be watching as like I said its demonic. And it seems that you guys think this stuff is cool and even calling yourself a witch, wow. I'm praying for you guys.
@Waterfall Raventide However, its comes from the Ars goetia and solomon which I been told talks about summoning demons, which is indeed demonic.
^Well, It does have a demon that's based off something evil.
I mean to be honest, sorcery is demonic. Its not cool to play around with. These days, its bascially how they tamper with your mind by thinking this stuff is cool.

The Owl House is still a good cartoon, Its just not really appropriate for 7+ years old. Especially when It has demons and sorcery in it which would alarm some parents.
@Daisy Aipom The problem is that sorcery won't sit well with some parents, especially Christians when its demonic.
Amphibia takes place in a friendly environment as well.
@Daisy Aipom Well, it would be taken seriously if parents curiously look at the shows for themselves. Plus, some parents just want the best for their young children and don't want them exposed to evil things. Just saying that the owl house has a few dark scenes which would scare some younger kids, via stuff like this:
@HaydenTheFurry True, but mainly the problem is that if parents looked at both of the main plot points of the cartoons, it would bascially be (A girl who discovers a world full of talking frogs and amphibians vs A girl who discovers a world full of demons, witches and monsters). These days, parents are really strict for what their kids look at. Not to really mention that the owl house does spells and sorcery, which would alarm some christian parents.
Gonna have to go with Amphibia here sadly. The Owl House in general is a good show, but I wouldn't really recomend it to grade school kids because it has a few frighting scenes and mainly has dark like humor sometimes.
