Hi Owls here to let you know I am going to be completely inactive on the wiki & fandom as a whole for several months. I’ll be back around November/December.
I’m not going to get into why I need a break but it is necessary right now.
See ya!
Hello users, I am back. After a long period of absence and inactivity, I'm finally back to The Owl House Wiki. The reason for this absence is simply and plainly, work and tasks in my real life. Due to some issues in my life, I lost my schedule to be able to edit in the wikis, and in the end, the same lack of time ended up taking me away from FANDOM completely. I was finally able to resolve some issues and come back to edit and manage as often as I can. In case of my absence and so that there can be someone to give rights to users with full rights, I have given Nightsilver Bureaucrat rights, she will also be attending to any question.
I will be aware of any questions or concerns you may have, here or Discord.
Thank you so much, and I'm glad to see you all again! :)
Hello, Owl House residents! As of June 1st this year, we’ve built up a strong staff team to fit the community’s needs.
Please welcome back @VeggieGoBrrrr as a discussions moderator, and @ChocolateCat123 as our newest discussions mod!
Additionally, since I didn’t post an announcement for the prior promotions after @WolfNXtra ‘s, the staff team also now consists of your’s truly (me) and @Nightsilver as administrators, and @J Eilat as content moderator.
Feel free to contact any of us where fit when it comes to questions or concerns here, and as of now our staff team is fit for the wiki. Look out for a new Pride Month theme, too! 👀

I didn’t want to make this post, but monitoring the wiki for so long, even after the last announcement I had to send out, I’ve come to accept that I need to step up here.
One of the most important wiki policies is to observe civil behaviour. This has been a major problem within the wiki this year, and no matter how much attention I bring to it I can’t keep it under control.
For a basic run-down of this rule; Respect other opinions. Do not cause meaningless arguments or insult people for having different opinions. Simply treat users with respect, kindness, and the benefit of the doubt, it’s not that much to ask.
Because of this site-wide lacking, I’m enforcing stricter rules to hopefully make this easier and less upsetting for all wiki members:
I will be giving individual warnings for every case of disrespectful behaviour regarding other, and 3 warnings = a temporary block.
Temp blocks will start at a week and progressively (but hopefully not) longer if the user in question continues this behaviour and receives more warnings.
I realise this does seem a bit harsh, but I’ve mentioned and warned this MANY times, I don’t have much choice left. Thank you.
-Beanie
I won’t be active on Fandom for some time no clue how long or anything but I’ve hit rock bottom
Go to Wolf and J Eilat for things I would usually take care of for you thanks bye
Hello, residents of the Owl House! I haven’t been wanting to make this post but with my recent observation of discussions, I don’t so much have a choice.
To put it simply, PLEASE RESPECT the observe civil behaviour rule.
This has gotten way too out of hand. Harassment and disrespect towards other users is out of control, and you can’t expect the very small staff to handle it on their own, this is up to you, and I don’t want to start giving out so many blocks.
Even if you don’t like a user, or they have a problematic past, that does not give you the right to bully, harass, insult, disrespect, or offend them. Nothing does. By harassing a user who’s breaking or has broken a rule, you’re just breaking that rule and it doesn’t justify your behaviour any more whatsoever.
This doesn’t apply to every user here, but if it does apply to you, you know. Please be respectful to every Fandom user no matter what, and don’t let personal opinion influence how you act towards them; that just makes it harder for you, me, and them.
If I don’t see improvement in the overall wiki’s behaviour in terms of respectfulness, harsher/stricter rule may have to be put in place. Please just do me a favour and treat everyone with a clean slate.

Hello owlets!
As this year comes to a close, many of you might have noticed the curious absence of admin and bureaucrat RedBallFire. RedBall is currently out of office, and I'm sure he'd be happy to resume work here and be the everyday helping hand to you all. But never fear, if he were here right now, he'd want all of you to be a thriving fandom with users supporting each other and keeping in the guidelines for maximum productivity, as well as engaging our passion for the series.
That in mind, I will be acting as interim admin for the time being until he returns; for me, do as you would with Red, feel free to forward me with questions and feedback on my wall and I will get to you shortly. If I'm not able to respond, the wonderful staff is always around to assist! During this time, the wiki's admin position will be temporarily open for one new admin. Users that are experienced and meet all the qualifications to become an administrator may have an election held for them. So keep an eye out for users who have served the community well, and if you have qualified users in mind, you can suggest them!
Thank you all for reading, have a great day!
Everyone please welcome @WolfNXtra to The Owl House wiki staff <3
On this post though, I made it so you don’t do that thing where you make dozens of “OMG [👩] IS A MOD” spam posts like you did when I got promoted 🧌
Wolf has a good amount experience modding for the My Singing Monsters wiki, and has just been promoted as our second active thread moderator here, along with myself, of course. Feel free to message or ping either or both of us for problems in discussions now, I trust Wolf will do a good job managing things when I’m not available, and the extra help in discussions will absolutely be appreciated.
Wolf look this is us (platonic)
Hello, witches and demons! I’m making this post to remind you all of a rule on this wiki that tends to go unnoticed: fanart crediting.
The wiki rules state:
When posting The Owl House fanwork, credit the artist by putting their name and the platform the art was taken from.
This also applies to all fanart posted here, from any fandom/media. Crediting fanart is necessary and not doing so counts as a violation of the rules.
Note that Google and other such platforms are not a valid source to be credited, and all fanart must be credited back to the original artist and/or source. We prefer if you provide both a link to the original source and the artist’s name, but having at least one may count as long as accurate.
The fanart crediting rule has tended to not be enforced as strongly as others, but I’m going to be changing that now. Posting uncredited fanart multiple times after told not to will result in a warning, and multiple warnings may result in some sort of punishment, such as a block.
Please keep this in mind everyone, and thank you!
Hello TOH Wiki users!
I am pleased to announce that we have officially reopened our wiki entitlement applications. Along with this, we have made changes to the guide page for the apps, so we recommend taking a look at it.
Those who submitted applications while they were not yet open should resubmit them for proper review, but votes made on the existing applications will be taken into account.
That's all for now, thank you! :)
Hi to all!
I'm pleased to announce that I'm back! After a long and somewhat deserved vacations, I'm ready to resume my duties as the main administrator on my wikis. From now on, I'll be on top of everything the community needs and I'll be taking care of your problems, however, I want to clarify that for now, the applications for rights are still closed due to some issues, but I hope to open them again soon.
That's all for now; don't hesitate to write to me on my wall. Thank you!
NOTE: I have a lot of messages and notifications from various wikis, so I will try to answer most of them. Pacience pls :)
Hello everyone,
Your friendly neighborhood representative Nightsilver here.
As many of you've heard, but for those who are just hearing about, "For the Future" was prematurely leaked on iTunes. As it's already started to spread like a wildfire, this is a reminder of how the wiki addresses leaks - sharing, posting, and discussing of leaked content, as well as the links to it, is forbidden and will not be tolerated. Our policy is written with respect to the crew's wishes regarding leaked material.
Please avoid spreading leaks and spoilers of the episode here; any image/post/edit that promotes it will be deleted by the discretion of the staff here. If you see a post doing this in Discussions, alert the staff by pinging one of the following:
For more on how to handle leaks, spoilers, and unofficial content, you can visit the wiki's rules or ask the staff.
Remember, the Owl House crew are the ones who work hard to deliver the episodes, and they have to rely on network decisions to release them, that is based on those who watch. I implore you all to stand by and help us ensure the official release is supported.
Thank you.
Hello everyone!
Nightsilver here with exciting news: Fandom is in the process of reviewing extensions for all wikis, this involves the addition of an extension from MediaWiki to be made available publicly. And to decide which one to implement, Fandom is turning to the users for selecting the next new extension! Now's the time to make your voices heard - you can participate using the form here to nominate an extension. And if it gets picked, it will go into a public vote that everyone can participate in for the next extension winner!
Voting and nominations close on the 21st, after which the community vote!
For more information, the full blog is available here; don't hesitate to reach out to me for questions and support!
Thank you, and good luck!
Hello The Owl House Wiki users! This time I'm here because I have to notify you about something important. As of today I will start a long temporary break; I will be traveling for a month and a half, from today until the end of January.
Although I hope to continue making some edits to the wiki while I'm on the road, I'm afraid it will be at least one per day, since I'll be doing it from my mobile, and for that reason, I won't be able to have the facility to be full time to be able to take care of problems and needs that occur in the wiki during that time. Please, whatever you need you can ask to another staff member, they will be here for everything you need.
As soon as I am back I hope to resume my duties as main administrator of the wiki.
Thank you!
Hey everyone!
Happy Pride Month! Every year, Fandom celebrates the colorful people of the LGBTQIA+ community in the month of June. Fandom will be spreading the universal message of love and equality in all its forms. Shows such as the Owl House put the "Pride" front and center, literally! Featured this year are main girl Luz, bisexual adorkable nerd to root for; Amity whose lesbian charm is matched by her power flair; ace queen Lilith; honorable mention to Willow's dads Gilbert and Harvey, and last but not least, enby MVP Raine Whispers!
This year will be a focus on the long-lasting message: love will keep us together. Even in tough times like a season finale, The Owl House reminds us to celebrate one's identity and the traits that make us all unique, even if they seem weird to others. The real people on Fandom are accepted for their passions, and it helps us connect with each other with our own experiences to share. This month, be sure to reach out and learn more about the LGBTQIA+ culture and community, because wherever we come from, many who are LGBTQIA+ or believe in its message, all have a voice to express themselves with, on a place that loves and accepts the qualities that make us all unique.

Greetings, everyone!
I announced on our sister wiki Amphibia that this May is AAPI month, where we celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander characters, creators, and works across fandoms. The Owl House is among these places, as the honor goes to Willow Park, our flower powerhouse of Asian heritage.
And like in Amphibia, we invite fans who are Asian American and/or Pacific Island to share your AAPI experiences and what being part of the culture means, and for others, a chance to learn it firsthand. This is your time to shine and make yourself heard!

Hello to all, The Owl House Wiki user. RedBallFire here. I am here to announce that as of today, The Owl House Wiki and Amphibia Wiki have cut ties with the Twitter account, "Owlphibia". The reasons are internal, so will not be discussed further. This means that the account will no longer be advertised or displayed on the homepage and modules on the wiki. As of this moment, ties with the account are broken.
Thank you!
Hoot Hoot! Hello The Owl House Wiki users, RedBall here! We are just a few weeks away from the premieres of The Owl House (and Amphibia btw), and on the wiki, we are getting ready to receive this new batch of episodes. Along with the new TOH content, the wiki also has news to welcome the premieres.
Threads for episode discussions
We are going to have a new dynamic for the discussion of new episodes, threads. From now on, a thread will be opened for the discussion of a newly released episode, and everything related to the episode must be discussed ONLY in that thread for a period of 2 days, it is forbidden to discuss the ep. outside the thread for that period of time. This is done mainly to avoid spoilers for people who may not be able to watch the episode on its premiere, so please report discussions of the episode outside of the thread so we can take action.
NOTE: The thread must be opened by me or any other staff member, so no non-staff user can open it. Also, it will be opened the night before the premiere, so you are allowed to discuss your ideas and theories of the episode there before its premiere.
Copyrights page updated
We have expanded our copyrights policies, detailing the regulations that users must follow for copyrights of the content of The Owl House and the wiki itself. This is due to recent "ask for free episodes" events, and as a result, we have decided to detail where content from the series can be legally viewed and accessed. Please read our updated copyrights policy to learn about the new protocol we will use for upcoming releases.
Update of "Characters" on the Main Page
We have updated the Characters template on the Main Page, giving it a new and fresh design. We have updated the icons for Luz, Eda, and King, and added new characters: Hooty, Amity, Willow, Gus, Lilith, Owlbert, Belos, and Hunter. Feel free to go take a look at the new design!
Featured Article | March 2022
We will resume our Featured Articles section later this month. To choose our March featured article we will take the Category poll for January where the Episodes category won, this because the dynamic for January was never completed. The poll will be published in a few moments, but it will be open only until March 10, due to the short time we have, and for the April poll we will resume our usual time frame. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Mini notes
We have seen quite a few fanworks posted in Discussions, but without crediting the creator. Please, we ask you to always credit the author, otherwise, you would be stealing their work and doing a disservice to the author. Please note that this is listed in our rules, so it is something that must be done, please report uncredited fanart to be removed.
We also remind you that we have a system for changing images in the Infobox and Article Guidelines for the wiki already established, but we see that some of you are skipping it. Please follow our system in order to keep this wiki a formal and reliable place.
That's all the news for now, we hope you enjoy the new things on the wiki. See you next time, and don't forget to support The Owl House with its new episodes!
Hoot Hoot! Hello, The Owl House Wiki users! How are you doing? it's been a while since you haven't heard from me, and I've seen that many of you are wondering where I am? well, my little activity started in October, I usually made almost 100 edits per day, since October I started to make only between 1 to 10, and my activity dropped too much, and I even stopped editing days, why? Well, I've been too busy with other things outside of fandom, plus some events have happened in my personal life, it's mainly because of all this that my activity in all wikis has dropped too much, I haven't even connected in Discord because of how busy I've been. That said, the question is what will happen to me in fandom? Simple, I will continue my work on the wikis, and I will continue with my admin rights, I won't edit as much as I did before, but as much as possible I will try to make certain edits. Now that new episodes are coming in March together with Amphibia, I will work hard on both wikis to keep them in order and up to date.
Well, that was all, I hope I have answered your questions about my current status on the wiki. See you soon!
Hello everyone! I'm making this post because I would like to notify that everything related to cults on the main wiki (including user profiles, comments, templates, etc.) has been removed, this is done due to the recent ban of cults here on the wiki.
Have a nice day.
