The Celestial Staff was an illusory staff that appears in "Witches Before Wizards" in The Owl House.
Appearance[]
The staff is gold in color, with the end splitting into a double-helix, nesting a glowing aqua-blue crystal at the top. It is found jammed into a pedestal in the ground.
History[]
It was created by Adegast as part of a plan to capture Luz, in order to lure Eda into a trap.
Despite being an illusion, Luz was able to pick it up momentarily, after which it disappeared into thin air, revealing it to be an illusion created by Adegast. This allowed Luz to realize that it was just a trick to make her think that she was "The Chosen One."
Trivia[]
- Fittingly and thematic for Luz's fantasies and it being an illusion, it has a vague resemblance to Azura's staff.
