Cissy Jones is a BAFTA games award winning American voice actress. She is also known for her works on video games such as Red Dead Redemption 2, The Walking Dead, Grand Theft Auto V, Darksiders III and for TV shows such as Cleopatra in Space and Naruto: Shippuden as Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.

For The Owl House, she voices Lilith Clawthorne.
