Derwin is a character in The Owl House. He is a member of the Bards Against the Throne, a group dedicated to helping wild witches and stop Emperor Belos.
Appearance
Body
Derwin is an adolescent witch with brown eyes, dark brown skin, pointed ears, and dark brown hair that is styled in a short shag parted to the right side of his head.
Clothing
Like the other BATs, he wears a slightly-damaged dark red tunic folded over on one side with gold trim and buttons. He wears lighter red pants, black gloves, and knee-high gray boots. He also wears small gold spectacles.
Powers and abilities
- Magic: As a witch, Derwin is able to use magic. Like most witches, his connection to magic comes from a sac of magic bile attached to his heart.
- Bard Magic: Derwin is able to use music to manipulate the world around him. He plays a bassoon for his bard spells, which can create smokescreens.
