Eclipse Lake is a lake located deep inside the Knee.

In the 1600s, after five years of searching, Philip Wittebane came to the place in order to seek Titan's Blood and succeeded in doing so. Somewhere along the journey, he discovered Fool's Blood, and it caused the cave he was in to collapse. Philip was able to make it out alive, but his 'friends' unfortunately did not.[1]
In the titular episode, Amity Blight, along with King and Eda Clawthorne, set out to find the lake for Titan's Blood to help Luz, a human, create another portal to the Human Realm. They meet up with Hunter, who was also looking for the lake to find it before Kikimora and ultimately impress Emperor Belos, but none of them had any luck, as Eclipse Lake had dried up by the time they arrived.
