Grey DeLisle, also credited as Grey Griffin, is an American voice actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter, best known for her roles in movies and children's TV shows like Scooby-Doo, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Gravity Falls, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, among others.
For The Owl House, she voices Usurper, Katya, Arabella, Arabella's Mother, Roselle, and other additional voices.
