Grimgrub's Pub is a pub located in the marketplace of Bonesborough. It is across the street from Mr. Elixir, and next to the bounty stand.
Appearance[]
From the outside, the pub appears to be a one-story building with a saloon door entrance. A blue shop sign with the pub's name can be found mounted to the wall.
Interior[]
The interior appears to be rather old-fashioned and is lit up by various wall lamps and a chandelier, all using candles as the light source. The bar counter can be found on the left, with a rack filled with bottles and glasses behind it. A few tables and chairs are also available for customers' use. On the wall, multiple mounted trophies of various creatures can be found.
Background[]
The pub is where the residents of Bonesborough hang out and have a drink. In "Sense and Insensitivity", King barges into the pub, daring someone to read the story he has just written, only to be thrown out onto the street. That is when Piniet appears, and after reading King's story, he invites him back into the bar and orders him a fruit punch. Piniet tells King that he loves his story, and intends to buy and publish it. Behind them, Jon De Plume is surrounded by enthusiastic fans, with Amelia and Skara rushing to prop him up as he falls backwards. King is amazed at the treatment Jon is getting and immediately accepts Piniet's offer by signing a contract with him.
In "Eda's Requiem", Eda comes to the pub to drink apple blood. She complains to the bartender, Kevin, about how she doesn't want to hear King telling her that he is leaving her, as she is just finally getting used to having people in the house. Right then, she witnesses a Coven Guard and Coven Scout dragging a covenless witch away. Angered by this, she asks Kevin to put the apple blood on her tab and rushes out to confront the Coven Guard and Coven Scout.
