Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor, known for playing a multitude of characters in animated series and video games, including Bulkhead in Transformers: Prime, Sheriff Blubs in Gravity Falls, Willem Viceroy III in Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja, Rhombulus in Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Mr. Flour in Amphibia, Dark Laser in Fairly OddParents and some characters in The Simpsons.
For The Owl House, he voices Tarak, the Animal Control leader, and various other characters.
