Matthew Alan "Matt" Chapman (born November 1, 1976) is an American writer and voice actor known for his work as Mermando and Abuelita on Gravity Falls, as well as for his cartoon he created alongside his brother, Homestar Runner, as the duo named "The Brothers Chaps".
For The Owl House, he provides additional voices, including Harvey Park and Steve. He's also the singer of the song "Wholesome Magic Sweetheart" in "Knock, Knock, Knockin' on Hooty's Door".

Chapman graduated from Florida State University, and spent most of his childhood working with his brother making cartoons and video games together. He currently lives with his wife, Jackie Chapman, and has two children.
