Welcome to the The Owl House Wiki Copyright Guidelines. Here you will find the copyrights policies we use with the content of The Owl House and The Owl House Wiki itself.

Episodes and other official media copyright policies

If you want to watch some The Owl House media, you can probably stream or download it. While some services support content creators, others offer content for free and illegally. By illegally watching full episodes or other official media, you are not supporting the publishers, and by not supporting them, the production companies may not be able to continue the series. Therefore, all illegal streaming and downloading links to full episodes or other official media are prohibited. This includes links to pirated cartoon databases, scanner websites, illegal cloud storage files, and unlicensed television live streams.

Users should also refrain from mentioning websites that encourage piracy of the series. We invite international viewership to wait for the release of the series content in their area.

If new episodes are leaked or released in another country prior to their U.S. release, do not mention or link to illegal ways to watch the episodes. Please wait until official sources are uploaded for purchase.

Audiovisual content

  • DisneyNOW is available on many cable and satellite television providers, only available for U.S. viewers. (DisneyNow link)
  • Reruns: Unless an episode is censored in your location, Disney Channel and Disney XD will rebroadcast the episode at a later time.

Video on-demand services

Official merchandise

Official series merchandise such as comics, t-shirts, and other merchandise could be purchased at Amazon or at any local market in your area depending on availability.

Regarding YouTube videos

When uploading from YouTube (or any other video-sharing service), here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Full episodes and clips must come from the official Disney Channel YouTube channel.
    • Currently the only officially-uploaded free episodes are "A Lying Witch and a Warden", and "Labyrinth Runners", only available for U.S. viewers.
    • Please note that Disney Channel has YouTube channels for other regions outside the United States, so the content may differ in your area if you live outside the United States.
    • YouTube TV is permitted as it requires a paywall.
  • Videos that use clips under fair use (eg. reviews, satires, education) are permitted and sometimes encouraged.
  • Reaction videos that do not show the visual content of the episode or do not show the full episode are permitted. Reaction videos that show the entire episode with visual content in a corner/behind the reactor (even if the reactor pauses every now and then for comments) or that only show the episode (including some "blind reactions") are prohibited.
