Trivia[]
- The German title, "Willkommen im Haus der Eulen", directly translates to "Welcome to the House of Owls". This was probably done so that the logo could incorporate the owl staff Heulbert, just as the English logo. This also leads to the "Owl House" being referred to as the "House of Owls".
- However, in "Eclipse Lake", Luz refers to it as the "Eulenhaus" (Owl House).
- Also, in "King's Tide", King calls the game he wants to play with the Collector "Eulenhaus", too.
- The character Raine Whispers is referred to with the neo-pronouns xier/xiem, as there are no official non-binary pronouns in German.
- Their German nickname, however, was changed from "Rainestorm" to "Raineman", probably being a pun on the video game character Rayman from the Rayman series.
- In "O Titan, Where Art Thou", Luz accidentally calls Raine by male pronouns in one singular sentence, while also using non-binary pronouns in that very same sentence.
- Episodes eight and nine of Season 2 were distributed in the wrong order, presumably in production order, so that Luz and Amity were going out before ever asking one another out.
- The German episode titles do not form any sort of sentence, but were rather chosen based on what happens in each episode without having the secret code in mind.
